We will be returning to work primarily from our office as from Monday, 1 June 2020.
Some staff will continue to work from home at certain periods. However, our office will generally be in normal operation as from that date.
If you require an appointment, you will be more than welcome to have that appointment in our office, but we are also very happy to facilitate either telephone meetings or video conferencing via Zoom, which we have been undertaking successfully with clients to date.
If you attend at our office, we can assure you that we will have in place appropriate hygiene standards and social distancing protocols, in line with all appropriate Government and health authority directions.
The only issue which we would raise with you is that, if you are feeling at all unwell, we would ask that you do not attend our office, and we will make whatever other necessary arrangements are more suitable.
At this stage, the courts are not allowing either lawyers or litigants to attend court hearings in person and, for the time being, we expect that all court hearings will continue to be conducted remotely by telephone or video conferencing. If that position changes, we will let those clients who have court matters know.
If you have any queries about these matters or the conduct of your matter generally, please do not hesitate to contact us.
